At JyotishGuru, we strive to provide the best experience. If you are not satisfied, here is our refund policy:
Consultations
- Full Refund: If the consultation does not happen from our side due to technical issues or astrologer unavailability.
- No Refund: If you cancel within 30 minutes of the scheduled time or the consultation has already been completed.
- Partial Refund: Considered on a case-by-case basis for quality concerns.
Subscriptions
- Pro-rated refund for unused period if cancelled within 7 days of purchase.
- No refund after 7 days.
Pujas
- Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before scheduled time.
- 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before.
- No refund if cancelled within 24 hours.
Wallet Recharge
Wallet balance is non-refundable and non-transferable. It can only be used for platform services.
How to Request Refund
Email us at support@jyotishguru.com with your order ID and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
